: Greg DeVries with Crain, Caton, and James and Tricia Atchison with the OCC

Tricia Atchinson has been in banking since 2007, she started as a credit analyst and worked up to a Chief Credit and Risk Officer at banks in Houston, Texas. In 2017 she started law school, graduate and has been a licensed attorney in the State of Texas since Oct 2021. She worked at Crain, Caton, & James as an associate but has recently accepted a position with the OCC that will start in July 2023.

Greg DeVries is an experienced banking and financial institutions litigator. He frequently advises clients in matters involving the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), as well as suits based on alleged violations of the Texas Constitution's provisions on home equity lending, and other Federal and State statutes. He also assists banks needing counsel on UCC 3, 4, and 4A matters. Greg represents financial institution clients including national banks, mortgage lenders and services, auto finance companies, and other consumer financial service providers in state and federal courts.
