Republic First Bank closed by state department

Republic First Bank (Republic Bank) was shut down by the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities. The Philadelphia-based bank was appointed to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and entered into an agreement with Fulton Bank to assume all deposits and assets.
