American National Bank of Texas partners with Good Urban Development

American National Bank of Texas (ANBTX) collaborated with Good Urban Development (GUD) to host two complimentary seminars as part of ANBTX’s ongoing homebuyer education series. 

GUD, a partnership between Dallas nonprofit Urban Specialists Incorporated and Lewisville-based Matthews Southwest, a comprehensive real estate development firm, has led numerous community-driven projects, including the transformative Mill City 50 in Southeast Dallas. 

These instructor-led seminars aim to assist participants in navigating the home buying process, covering topics such as loan options, mortgage terms, and the steps from application to closing. 

Attendees will receive the ANBTX First-Time Homebuyer’s Guide for reference during their journey to homeownership.
