At least twenty-one (21) days before the date of the sale, notice must be given by posting notice at the courthouse door, filing notice in the county records, and sending notice to all the debtors obligated to pay the debt by certified mail. The notice of sale must be posted in the courthouse of each county in which the property is located or, if the County Commissioner’s Court has designated another area reasonably close the courthouse, such other designated area and contain a written notice designating the county in which the property will be sold. The same notice of sale must also be filed in the office of the county clerk of each county in which the property is located.
