Real Estate loans are often closed at a title company. A form of Escrow Instructions (ESC-INST) to the title company is located at the end of this Chapter which sets for the events which must occur and documents which must be executed in connection with the closing. A Disbursement Authorization detailing the flow of funds is also provided.
